12V LED tail or indicator bulb - rotating

This bulb works in some scooters as a tail or brake bulb (it glows red). This base is the 'BAY15S' type, it has two pins at the same height for fitting and one terminal on the bottom. It is internally ballasted so can be plugged straight in place of your old one.
