70cc big bore kit Honda 2T horiz. etc

Unbranded 70cc big bore kit made in Taiwan. The quality of the materials is fine, the porting is pretty tame and will give a good boost to low and mid range power, without revving much higher than standard. Will work fine as a durable, reasonably powerful cylinder. Works with standard exhaust/carb/intake (carburettor rejetting will be required). Does not come with instructions or setting up guide. You MUST check the port edges before installing - these may be sharp and can damage rings. Kit contents: 47mm bore (70cc) cylinder and piston, piston rings, piston pin, clips, gaskets. Sample image shown Don't forget to get bigger main jets (approx 85 to 100 depending on bike and intake setup) and a new small end bearing! Suits: The AF34E family of engines i.e AF34, AF35, AF38 This kit must be fitted and the carb tuned by a technician or skilled person. Piston seizure is a symptom of poor carb tuning and claims regarding these kinds of problems will not be accepted. This kit increases engine size to 65cc so your bike may not be legally registered as a moped.
