65cc big bore kit for Yamaha etc

65cc big bore kit made in Taiwan. The quality of the materials is good, the porting is clean, accurate and not too tame. This kit will give a good power and torque boost throughout the rev range, and will allow more RPM at the top than standard. Will work fine as a durable, sporty cylinder suitable for use with upgraded exhaust/intake (carburettor rejetting will be required). Does not come with instructions or setting up guide. Kit contents: 65cc Cylinder and piston, piston rings, piston pin, clips, gaskets. Sample image shown Don't forget to get bigger main jets (approx 88 to 105 depending on bike and intake setup) and a new small end bearing! This is a 10mm piston pin type and suits: Adly Silver Fox 50, RT-50 etc Yamaha Aprio, Axis 50, Jog 50, Vino (all horizontal 2 stroke engines) Most Taiwanese and Chinese horizontal 2 stroke engines except CPI and CMG etc that use 12mm piston pin. This kit must be fitted and the carb tuned by a technician or skilled person. Piston seizure is a symptom of poor carb tuning and claims regarding these kinds of problems will not be accepted. This kit increases engine size to 65cc so your bike may not be legally registered as a moped.
