Malossi 70cc big bore kit for Piaggio / Gilera

Big bore kits are unrivalled for increasing power and torque on your scooter engine. Malossi is Italy's famed racing parts manufacturer and designer, and a favourite cylinder maker of ours. Their cylinders are durable and quite underrated when it comes to acceleration and high RPM performance. To suit 2 stroke horizontal, air cooled Piaggio engines including: Zip 50cc 2 stroke (all) Vespa Sprint/Primavera 50 (Auto) Vespa LX50, LXV 50 (2 stroke only) Vespa ET2 Liberty 50cc 2 stroke As well as Aprilia and Gilera 50cc air cooled horizontal 2T engines using the Piaggio engine (including Ice, Typhoon 50, Sport City 50, SR50 Motard). Note for later models with the temp sensor in the head, you need to add the gasket set MM1169230C and reuse the original head with its sensor (see related items). Kit includes cylinder, piston, gaskets, piston rings, gudgeon pin, small end bearing, reed petals and clips. Sample image shown This kit must be fitted and the carb tuned by a technician or skilled person. Piston seizure is a symptom of poor carburetor tuning and claims regarding these kinds of problems will not be accepted. This increases engine size so that your bike may not be legally registered as a moped.
