This all alloy 70cc high performance cylinder kit by Airsal (Spain) offers the following features: Self centering cylinder head with computer designed squish band Divided "butterfly" exhaust port for maximum port-time area Nicasil/chrome coated race on high grade aluminium cylinder Single chrome ring for low resistance Also includes new exhaust studs and gasket set To suit horizontal 2 stroke engines in the Yamaha / Minarelli style, with 12mm gudgeon pin. Includes many Keeway, CPI, CMG, and all Urban R4 engines. Note that this exhaust outlet faces downward and slightly rearward, for bikes that have the exhaust flange angled slightly off to one side, the muffler body mount may need to be modified. We strongly recommend using performance exhaust, carb, variator and intake with this kit to unleash the full potential at high RPM. This kit must be fitted and the carb tuned by a technician or skilled person. Piston seizure is a symptom of poor carb tuning and claims regarding these kinds of problems will not be accepted. This kit increases engine size to 68cc so your bike may not be legally registered as a moped.
