Standard size (49cc) cylinder kit to suit the below scooters.
CPI Hussar, Oliver / City, Popcorn (2003 onward)
CMG SS50
FYM Urban with 12mm pin, Urban R4
Keeway 50 Focus, Hurricane, Matrix
Vmoto Monza, later Milan with 12mm pin (exhaust flange is a slightly different angle, either cut and weld exhaust header or contact us for alternative cylinder + piston as separate parts)
The kit is supplied with piston, cylinder, rings, pin, clips, Head, Base, Exhaust gasket set plus intake manifold gasket. Will improve performance on many scooters.
This features a 12mm piston pin, unless your model is specifically listed then please check the pin diameter. Also refer to part numbers SCG1023 and SCG1013 for the Yamaha / Minarelli type 10mm pin kits.
This engine may be known as Minarelli / Yamaha / Chinese 1E40QMB engine

The kit is supplied with piston, cylinder, rings, pin, clips, top end gasket set plus intake manifold gasket. The porting of the cylinder is quite good and will improve performance on many scooters.
