This is the latest and most advanced variator unit from Kitaco, it replaces the standard unit on Honda Today (NVS 50) and 4 stroke Dio and increases the acceleration above 40km/h. Previous users have reported higher top speed increase from 55km/h to approx 70km/h or more. Designed and made in Japan.
Great in combination with the needle upgrade (search SCG4010 on this online shop).
To suit scooter models:
Honda Today (AF61 and LALAF61 chassis codes)
Honda 'Smart' Dio (AF62 chassis code)

If fitted the variator collar spacer must be removed when fitting this part (usually Australian bikes only). We recommend use with lighter rollers, try 5.5g!
