New one-way fuel valve by Honda Japan. This was a factory fix for hard-to-start issues on the AF34 and AF35 Dio (ST, J, SR, ZX etc "Live" Dio).
May suits other scooters with the same issue (carburettor drains when sitting and takes a long time to start). Just install in the fuel line after the fuel filter.
