One split rim (two halves) with nuts, washers. Shiny plating for a bit of bling and better weather resistance. This design of rim is notorious for trapping water inside and rusting, so check yours periodically even if its only a few years old.
These have minor coating defects when viewed up close - still OK to use.
To suit Vespa PX 80, 125, 150 and PX200 plus clones like Belladonna/Stella, NV SPL models etc and is from an OE manufacturer.
