These are a NZ safety standards approved copper or aluminium washer for scooter or motorcycle hydraulic brake systems. If you are removing the brake hose from either the caliper or master cylinder, you must replace these, or risk leaks which could cause the brakes to fail.
The dimensions are as follows:
10.3mm inside diameter
13.8mm outside diameter
0.85mm thick
